Can I pick up in your warehouse?

Yes, customers are welcome to pick up at 7B Colway Place, Wairau Valley Auckland. 9am-5pm Monday-Friday, 9am-2pm Saturday and Sunday

How long will delivery take?

Generally, parcels are delivered within about 1-2 working days for North Island. For South Island it takes about 2-3 working days for you to receive your item. If items have to be delivered to an RD address, please allow a further 1-2 working days on top of this.If you are not home between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday to receive parcel then a detailed card will be left where the item can be collected from.

What are the warranty and refund?

we provide 7 days return to base policy. The product must be in brand new and non-use condition with original package. full refund will be given if you are not happy with our products. shipping is at buyer’s expense.
